Return Policy

Returns & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 10 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus restocking fee & shipping costs.

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • was delivered in a physically damaged condition

  • has missing parts or accessories.

  • is different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a home decor handle return:

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • If you do not have the outer packaging that was provided at the time of delivery, please use your own outer packaging for the product as you will be liable for all damaged caused in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Further, please note:

  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  • In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

  • We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any returns.

  • There is a upto 20% restocking fee for returned items.

  • If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.


  • For damaged items, we can offer a “free replacement” only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition I.e.-Dents, Scratches, and Damage. The customer needs to request for the free replacement within 10 calendar days of the delivery of the item and submit the supporting images as requested. All other product damages requests will be classified as "customer damage".

Refund Policy

  • Once the items are returned, We always refund to the source after deducting all the applicable charges. In case of Cash on Delivery, the customer needs to share Bank or UPI information for us to process the refund. We take 5-7 working days to process refunds once the goods are returned to our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

  • We refund 100% of the order value for orders cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • In cases where the order is dispatched, we refund the order after subtracting the fulfillment charges at actuals.
