Return Policy

At MANTARA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

To raise a Return & Refund Request or Exchange Request, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

We will check the eligibility of the return and get back to you. Once your return/exchange request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up and initiate the refund/replacement process after we have received the product.

Products that are not eligible for Returns:

  1. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  2. All tags, barcodes, accessories, shipping labels, invoices, etc., must be returned intact.
  3. Returns for reasons such as buyer's remorse, including cases involving incorrect model or color, are not accepted. Please be aware that minor color variations may occur due to the nature of the materials used in our products.
  4. The buyer is responsible for the condition of returned items. If items are not packaged correctly or are damaged during the return process, we cannot proceed with the refund/replacement.
  5. No refunds will be issued if the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Please proofread your order information before finalising. If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include but is not limited to, extra shipping charges.
  • We will deduct a 20% restocking fee. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.
