Returns & Exchanges

Simply return your item within 10 days for a full refund, minus a restocking fee and shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition, with packaging,Barcodes, price tags, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.

Products that are eligible for Returns:

• Physically damaged or incomplete items
• Items different from what was ordered
• Items different from their description on the product detail page

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be in their original packaging
• Include receipt or proof of purchase
• Items must be unused and in original condition

Note:

• Non-returnable items are marked as such on the product detail page
• Returns for reasons such as buyer's remorse, including cases involving incorrect model or colour, are not accepted. Please be aware that minor colour variations may occur due to the nature of the materials used in our products.
• The buyer is responsible for the condition of returned items. If items are not packaged correctly or damaged during the return process, we cannot proceed with the refund.

Exchange Policy:

For items damaged during delivery, we offer a free replacement if requested within 10 days of delivery and with supporting images/videos provided.

Additional Information:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items
• Please proofread your order information before finalising. If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include but is not limited to, extra shipping charges.
