Returns & Exchanges:

Should you wish to return or exchange your purchase, kindly do so within 10 days from the date of receipt. We will gladly refund the full cost of the item, deducting a restocking fee and applicable shipping costs.

All other requests for product damages will be considered "customer damage."

Refund Policy:

Upon the return of items, refunds are processed to the original source after deducting all applicable charges. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide Bank or UPI information for refund processing. Please allow 5-7 working days for refund processing after the goods are returned to our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy:

We offer a full refund of the order value for cancellations made before dispatch. For dispatched orders, we refund the order value after deducting actual fulfillment charges.
